The Clifton 10 adds more foam and a higher 8mm drop to Hoka's best-selling trainer. The ride is soft and protective, and the Meta-Rocker shape rolls you through each step without feeling slow.
It suits runners who want a soft, comfortable shoe for easy runs, recovery runs and long runs. Heel strikers will appreciate the extra drop, and the light weight for the stack keeps it from feeling clumsy.
It is softer than the Pegasus 41 and Ghost 17, and less bouncy than the Novablast 5. If you want more stability, look at the GT-2000 13 or Adrenaline GTS 24 instead. Fit is comfortable and true to size.
“The comfortable default for runners who want soft without slow.”
