The Adrenaline GTS 24 uses Brooks's GuideRails, raised sidewalls at the heel, to keep your knees and hips in line without a hard medial post. DNA Loft foam gives a soft, smooth ride, and the high 12mm drop suits heel strikers.
It suits runners who overpronate and want support for daily miles and long runs. It is also a good choice for runners whose form fades late in a run, since the GuideRails only really kick in when you need them.
It is more supportive than the GT-2000 13 and more traditional in feel. Next to the Ghost 17, its neutral sibling, it feels similar underfoot with extra guidance. Fit is comfortable and accommodating, with plenty of width options.
“The stability shoe that's been quietly right for twenty-four versions.”
