The Revive is a closed-toe recovery shoe made from RestoreFoam, Kane's bio-based foam that uses sugarcane. The footbed is covered in raised nodes that massage the sole as you walk, the upper is perforated for airflow, and the closed-cell foam doesn't soak up water, so it dries quickly.
It sits halfway between a slide and a trainer. You can wear it on the school run or a coffee trip without anyone guessing it's a recovery shoe, and it handles more walking than the soft slides on this shelf.
The nubbed footbed is an acquired taste, and there's less arch support than the Oofos. As one shoe that does post-run recovery and everyday wear, it is the most versatile pick here.
“The recovery shoe you can actually wear to the shops.”
